Audi Pure Protection Vehicle Service Protection¹ helps protect you from unanticipated expenses that come with unexpected repairs. Vehicle Service Protection offers benefits beyond your factory warranty program, with coverage for mechanical repairs that includes parts and labor for up to 10 years or 120,000 miles. Choose the deductible that matches your budget, and all covered repairs are included aside from that cost.

Audi Mechanicsburg will guide you through our three Vehicle Service Protection plans and help you choose the one that aligns with your needs. This personalized approach helps you get the most value from your coverage.

• Powertrain coverage includes your vehicle's engine, transmission, transaxle or transfer case, drive axles, and specific hybrid and electric components.
• Gold coverage encompasses Powertrain coverage, plus front and rear suspension, climate control, fuel, electrical, and specific additional hybrid and electric components.
• The platinum coverage is the epitome of protection, including all mechanical parts of your vehicle in the event of a breakdown, unless they are specifically listed as 'not covered' in your Customer Agreement. This comprehensive coverage ensures you're prepared for any situation, from minor hiccups to major breakdowns.

• You'll receive genuine Audi parts² and service for your vehicle.
• Nationwide service available at any authorized Audi dealer or authorized service provider.
• 24-hour roadside assistance benefits, including battery service, flat tire assistance, an emergency supply of fuel³ or fluid⁴ delivery, and lockout assistance.
• Receive up to $100 in towing reimbursement to the nearest authorized Audi dealer or service provider when a covered mechanical breakdown occurs.
• If a covered mechanical issue arises, you're eligible for up to $35 per day in rental car reimbursement for up to 10 days.
• Receive trip interruption coverage of up to $200 per day for up to five days when a covered mechanical breakdown occurs.⁵
• If you sell your vehicle to a private party, you can transfer the plan for a fee.
• Similarly, if you decide to cancel the plan, you can do so at any time, but a fee may apply after 30 days.⁶

• Your vehicle's manufacturer's warranty covers mechanical breakdowns.
• Mechanical breakdowns resulting from accidents, collisions, vandalism, or weather-related events.
• Mechanical breakdowns resulting from poor maintenance or pre-existing issues.

And you pay only the deductible you select for covered repairs for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles⁸, so you can continue to drive your Audi EV with complete peace of mind.

Designed specifically for your electric Audi vehicle, the Platinum Protection plan covers all mechanical parts of your car unless specifically listed in the exclusions section of your Customer Agreement.

Additional benefits:

• You'll receive genuine Audi parts² and service for your vehicle.
• Nationwide service available at any authorized Audi dealer or authorized service provider.
• 24-hour roadside assistance benefits, including 12V battery service, flat tire assistance, an emergency supply of fluid⁹ delivery, and lockout assistance.
• Towing reimbursement of up to $200 to your nearest authorized Audi dealer or authorized service provider, or nearest compatible charging station, if required due to a covered mechanical breakdown.
• Receive up to $35 per day for a rental car, for as many as 10 days, when a covered mechanical breakdown occurs.
• Receive up to $200 per day in trip interruption coverage for as many as five days when a covered mechanical breakdown occurs.⁵
• Transferable to a private buyer for a fee if you choose to sell your vehicle.⁶
• Cancelable at any time; subject to a fee after 30 days.⁶

Coverage exclusions apply:⁷

• Your vehicle's manufacturer's warranty covers mechanical breakdowns.
• Mechanical breakdowns caused by accident, collision, vandalism, or weather-related conditions.
• Mechanical breakdowns resulting from insufficient maintenance or pre-existing issues.
• Repair or replacement of hybrid high-voltage batteries and high-voltage electric batteries.

¹Vehicle Service Protection coverage runs at the same time as any applicable manufacturer warranty. For vehicles still under warranty, plan expiration is based on the Manufacturer’s Original In-Service Date and zero miles. For vehicles out of warranty, expiration is calculated from the Agreement Purchase Date and the current odometer reading.

²Covered repairs will use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or OEM-approved parts.

³Up to three (3) gallons of fuel delivered up to three (3) times per calendar year at no additional cost.

⁴If you are in immediate need, an emergency supply of oil, fluids, or water will be delivered to your location. Payment for these fluids is the customer's responsibility, due upon delivery.

⁵Trip Interruption coverage is not available to residents of New York.

⁸All-electric Vehicle Service Protection coverage runs concurrently with any applicable manufacturer's warranties. For In Warranty vehicles, the Agreement Start Date is the Manufacturer's Original In-Service Date, with zero (0) miles on the odometer. For Out of Warranty vehicles, the Agreement Start Date begins on the Agreement Purchase Date and at the Current Odometer Reading listed on the Registration Page. As used herein, the terms "Agreement," "In Warranty," "Out of Warranty," and "Registration Page" have the same meaning as those terms are defined in the All-electric Vehicle Service Contract Customer Agreement form.

⁹An emergency supply of water and/or other fluids will be delivered if the customer is in immediate need. Payment for these fluids is the customer's responsibility and is due upon delivery.
