Every Audi Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle has passed a 125-plus-point dealer inspection process and comes with a manufacturer CPO warranty. That peace of mind can now be expanded with optional Audi Pure Protection CPO Vehicle Service Protection (VSP), which delivers mechanical coverage beyond your manufacturer's CPO warranty.¹  You'll also receive roadside assistance, towing, rental car reimbursement, and trip interruption coverage (see additional benefits).

Options personalized for you:

  • Two CPO plans⁠² are offered, each designed to meet your individual needs. This gives you the flexibility to choose the coverage that suits your daily routine and driving habits.
  • Powertrain coverage includes your vehicle's engine, transmission, transaxle or transfer case, drive axles, and specific hybrid and electric components.
  • Our platinum coverage is the epitome of comprehensive, including all mechanical parts of your vehicle in the event of a mechanical breakdown unless they are specifically listed as "not covered" in your Customer Agreement (such as maintenance and cosmetic options). 

Additional benefits:

  • You'll receive genuine Audi parts⁠ and service for your vehicle.³
  • Nationwide service available at any authorized Audi dealer or other authorized service provider.
  • 24-hour roadside assistance with enhanced roadside benefits,⁴ including battery service, flat tire assistance, fuel⁠⁴ or fluid delivery,⁠⁵ and lockout assistance.
  • Towing reimbursement of up to $100 to your nearest Audi dealer or authorized service provider, if required, due to a covered mechanical breakdown. Rental car reimbursement of up to $35 per day for a maximum of 10 days, if needed.⁶
  • Trip interruption coverage up to $200 per day for a maximum of five (5) days, if required, due to a covered mechanical breakdown.⁠⁷
  • Our Audi Pure Protection is not only comprehensive but also flexible. It's transferable for a fee if you sell your vehicle to a private party⁸, and can be canceled at any time, subject to a fee after 30 days ⁸.Cancelable at any time; subject to a fee after 30 days.⁠⁸

Coverage exclusions may apply:⁠⁹

  • Your vehicle's manufacturer's warranty covers mechanical breakdowns
  • Mechanical breakdowns resulting from accidents, collisions, vandalism, or weather-related events
  • Mechanical breakdowns resulting from insufficient maintenance or pre-existing issues

¹For In-Warranty vehicles, the Agreement Start Date begins on the Manufacturer's Original In-Service Date and at zero (0) miles on the odometer. For Out of Warranty vehicles, the Agreement Start Date begins on the Agreement Purchase Date and at the Current Odometer Reading listed on the Registration Page. As used herein, the terms "Agreement," "In Warranty," "Out of Warranty," and "Registration Page" have the same meanings as defined in the VSP Customer Agreement form.

²Platinum CPO VSP covers all mechanical components in the event of a breakdown, except those specifically listed as not covered in your Customer Agreement. Please consult your Agreement for all available Vehicle Service Protection plans.

³Covered repairs will use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or OEM-approved parts.

⁴Up to $100 per occurrence.

⁵Up to three (3) gallons of fuel delivered up to three (3) times per calendar year at no additional cost.

⁶An emergency supply of oil, water, and/or other fluids will be delivered if the customer is in immediate need. Payment for these fluids is the customer's responsibility and is due upon delivery.

⁷Trip interruption coverage is not available to residents of New York.

Audi Pure Protection is optional and is not insurance. All transactions related to Audi Pure Protection are governed solely by the provisions of the Audi Pure Protection Contract ("Customer Agreement"). This document and its contents provide general information about Audi Pure Protection and should not be relied on solely when purchasing coverage.

Refer to the Customer Agreement for full details on coverage terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, as well as transferability and cancelability. This product is optional and not required to obtain financing for a purchase or lease.
